T&Cs November Promo: Sign up in November and get your first bin clean free. Offer applies with 12 month service term. Monthly payments start after the first clean. No early cancellations. Bin cleaning is carried out on the same day or the day after your scheduled waste collection. Bins must be empty and accessible on the day of cleaning. Access Customers are responsible for ensuring bins are left in an accessible location. We will make every effort to access but if a bin is not accessible, the clean will be marked as missed, and no refund will be issued. Payment Payments are made in advance on a monthly subscription basis. Missed cleans due to customer access issues are still chargeable. Cancellations Customers may cancel any time before the beginning of the next new month via email. Refunds are not given for part-months already paid. Service Limitations Bins containing excessive waste, hazardous materials, or sharp objects may not be cleaned. In such cases, the clean will be refused and still charged. Weather & Delays In extreme weather or operational issues, cleans may be delayed but will be rescheduled at the earliest opportunity. Liability Top Binning takes great care but is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing bin defects (cracks, loose wheels, etc.). Customers remain responsible for their bin’s condition and replacement (council-issued or otherwise). Environmental Commitment We use eco-friendly products and dispose of wastewater responsibly.
